Terms

Prices:  Subject to change without notice.  Orders accepted only on a basis of prices in effect on date of shipment unless otherwise specified.

Returns:  No item may be returned without written permission.  Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge.  All returns must be made within 90 days of original billing.

Shipping:  F.O.B. Minneapolis, MN unless otherwise specified.

Warranty:  Olsen Chain & Cable Co. Inc. warrants every item of its manufacture, when used under normal operating conditions, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  If upon return of a product, our examination should disclose defects in manufacture, it is our limited obligation under this warranty to make good at our facility in Edina, MN the complete product or any portion thereof, within thirty days from the date of original billing.  If any repairs, heat treatment or annealing of products are conducted at any place other than our facilities, this warranty shall be rendered null and void.  Olsen Chain & Cable Co. Inc. will assume no other obligations or liabilities, expressed or implied, than those contained in this certificate.    This warranty, which is given expressly and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, constitutes the only warranty made by Olsen Chain & Cable Co. Inc.
